Currently, I serve as a Senior Analyst at MariBank Philippines, where I manage production support, troubleshoot incidents, and lead automation initiatives using tools like Google Apps Script, Excel Macros, and Power BI.

 

I also handle system configuration, user access, testing, and performance monitoring—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability. My experience spans from handling technical support at AIG, to data-driven roles at Insight and Infosys, all the way to logistics and process control in earlier roles. Across all of these, my focus has always been on improving workflows, solving problems, and ensuring service excellence. I also actively explore AI tools and prompt engineering to boost efficiency—not just for myself, but for the teams I work with.
